As of 1 September 2013, CGI and OP-Pohjola are new partners in the Partnership Programme of the Aalto University School of Business. The Partnership Programme strengthens the partnership between companies and Finland’s leading business school.

Companies taking part in the Partnership Programme conclude a multi-year partnership agreement with the School of Business.

‘Through the Partnership Programme our partners get the opportunity to engage in long-term and systematic cooperation, customised for the needs of each partner. The programme offers our students and researchers direct contacts with companies’, says Corporate Relations Manager Jonna Söderholm from the School of Business.

The programme makes long-term cooperation in tuition, research, recruitment and life-long learning possible. Forms of cooperation include visits from experts and visiting lectures, educational cooperation, student projects, master’s thesis assignments and research cooperation. The partners receive visibility on campus through designated lecture halls.

‘We establish contacts with future experts through the partnership’, says Recruiting Manager Maiju Kekkonen from CGI.

‘It’s important for us to pass on the latest know-how and skills. The Partnership Programme is a great channel for this purpose’, says HR Service Manager Liisa Parikka from OP-Pohjola.

The Partnership Programme of the School of Business was set up in 2001. Present partners are CGI, Deloitte, Elisa, EY, KPMG, LähiTapiola, Nokia, OP-Pohjola, PwC, Stora Enso and Tieto.
