Aalto EE’s goal in the next few years is to start cooperation with major companies operating in the Moscow economic area. To achieve that goal, Aalto EE has made the following appointments:
Riitta Lumme-Tuomala has been appointed as a director of Aalto EE’s Russian operations and a member of its management team since 1 February. Lumme-Tuomala has extensive experience of international executive education and development. Lumme-Tuomala has been a Senior Advisor at Aalto EE since 2009. Previous to that, she was the Development Director and Customer Solutions Director at HSE Executive Education (now Aalto EE), as well as the HRD Manager at Pfizer Oy and recruitment consultant at Mercuri Urval.
Jura Syschikov has been appointed as an Account Manager. Syschikov has extensive sales and development experience in international executive education in the Baltic Sea region. In his previous post as the Sales & Development Manager of the Marketing Institute, Syschikov was in charge of tailored business solutions, and offered services to Finnish companies operating in Russia.
”Leadership development is a growing sector in Russia, and our goal is to become a significant player in a number of strategically selected areas over the next few years. We have very positive and encouraging experiences of the EMBA study module organized jointly with GSOM,” notes the Director of Aalto EE’s Russian operations, Riitta Lumme-Tuomala.
